Glen came recommended to me by my daughter and he was everything I could have asked for. From the very first phone call I knew I was in safe hands. Having lost my husband 3 years ago it was a difficult and emotional time for me. Glen understood this and was extremely caring, considerate and supportive in guiding me through this stressful time. Understanding the importance of a quick sale due to having already bought, he worked tirelessly for a quick sale which was only 3 weeks. He encouraged me to keep positive, his bright personality is infectious. Glen is an excellent communicator - whether it was initial explanations on the sale process, face to face meetings, countless messages and emails, I was always kept up to date on the property and interested buyers. Glen never rushed visits or phone calls and always answered my questions promptly and with much thought and detail.
