We've been working with Milton in buying/selling property for over 25 years. That speaks for itself. But let me also say that one of the reasons we've used Milton for so long is because he and his team at Chapman have been the only ones who will proactively negotiate with buyers, rather than just be a "messenger" and go-between. We discuss our plan for this in advance; combined with getting the property presented well and setting the asking price range right, pretty much every time we've sold it's been a situation where 2 or more buyers are competing for it, which brings about the best result. Getting the highest price is what any selling agent is supposed to do, which is why in our long experience I would consider Milton the benchmark. He's also just a nice guy to work with.
