Astute, Accurate, Adaptable, Available, Assertive, Achiever!

Helen came to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared; she had a strategy supported by a portfolio that visually demonstrated the legislation, research & experiential evidence she applied to form her plan. The 3 other agents I interviewed did not do this. While doing her first tour of my property,  Helen was actively observant, taking notes & asking questions, identifying positive aspects I hadn't noticed. The other 3 agents I interviewed did not do this; in fact, those agents didn't bring pen & paper or any means to make notes. Helen was confident & accurate in suggesting a price range for my home, which had not been on the market for decades; the price she suggested was achieved. One of the other agents did not suggest a price after being asked 3 times. The other 2 agents suggested extremely low prices that were $120k & $75k below the price achieved by Helen. During the period of our contract, I experienced substantial changes in my personal circumstances & goals. Helen was able to respond rapidly so we could refocus to align with my evolving needs. Throughout the sale period, Helen ensured that she was available to support me, via phone, text or email, or by ensuring her other team members were briefed & available. Helen organised VIP tours to start showing my home while it was been prepared for sale, & as soon as it was on the market, she organised 2 open homes each week. Helen ensured that she or her team members provided timely feedback about the viewings. My home sold within 10 days of going on the market, for a price I'm ecstatic about. This was an amazing achievement! During the cooling off period, Helen demonstrated committed & assertive negotiation skills to ensure the contract stayed on track & to keep my conveyancer updated.
