Helen came to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared; she had a strategy supported by a portfolio that visually demonstrated the legislation, research & experiential evidence she applied to form her plan. The 3 other agents I interviewed did not do this. While doing her first tour of my property, Helen was actively observant, taking notes & asking questions, identifying positive aspects I hadn't noticed. Helen organised VIP tours to start showing my home while it was been prepared for sale, & as soon as it was on the market, she organised 2 open homes each week. Helen ensured that she or her team members provided timely feedback about the viewings. My home sold within 10 days of going on the market, for a price I'm ecstatic about. This was an amazing achievement! During the cooling off period, Helen demonstrated committed & assertive negotiation skills to ensure the contract stayed on track & to keep my conveyancer updated.
