Straight Forward, Easy , Simple & Stress Free !

When the market is hot, like it currently is , it's easy to sell a house. But finding the right buyer and obtaining a great price takes a well established trusted agent. Mark and the team at Chapmans are just that. My wife and I knew that the right buyer was going to be someone with vision who could see the potential in our home and Chapmans had them. This buyer was also someone who had trusted Mark and the team to show them potential new homes. We took onboard the advice from Mark in how to prepare the home for sale and no doubt this led to several offers on our one and only open house with a record price for the street being accepted three days later. Would the house have sold with another agent ?, most likely yes but would they have found this buyer ? , I think not.
