Excellent Communicator with well-prepared research on the property and market.

He came well prepared with comprehensive information about the property and recent sale of similar properties in the area. He managed to use the research and information tools available at his disposal in an excellent way. He showed clear understanding of the market in the area. He is very professional and helped me to come up with a reasonable asking price. The property managed to be sold very quickly and he helped to facilitate the negotiation between me and the buyer so that I can move out with ease.

Nick is a brilliant communicator, he is respectful, honest, supportive, organised and trustworthy

Nick is a true professional, he met my sister and myself at the worst of times. He helped us get through the selling process by giving us the right information when we needed it. Ultra Quick Sale of our lovely cottage

Nick, Lucinda and team are utmost professionals and they team with various people (photographer, video etc) to present properties for sale in a meticulous way. Every attention to detail is superb and the best thing is, they get results. Communication is always timely and they are all super efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending people looking for a team to sell their house/home to go with these guys. Great job!!
