Searched in Google “ Top Real Estate Agency in Hobart” and Peterswald for Property came on top list! Bryce went out of his way to meet us and discuss the marketing and selling of our property. He was also professional and gave us realistic property value (which we appreciated very much as we sold our house above our expectation!). During a recent property purchase I found the service from Nick Morgan and John Morgan very professional. Being a new experience, there were a number of questions and follow ups. Nothing was too much trouble, as they took the time to explain the process. This certainly made me feel more comfortable about the decision. The staff at Peterswald were all very efficient ensuring great prompt communication, including Luci and Amy. We engaged Harry a few months prior to the sale of our investment property. He checked in multiple times leading up to check whether there was anything he could assist with. When the time of sale came around, he assisted with tasks that needed completing, including organising house and window cleaning and the property stylist. We were very happy with how the property was marketed with high quality images and video. Communication was thorough, and expectations realistic. The price achieved far exceeded our expectations.
