Harry was very skilled at managing our expectations and responding to our needs. He was very flexible and got the property on the market quickly. Harry kept us well informed and negotiated a favourable settlement. He is an excellent communicator and he made us feel comfortable.

Harry is a brilliant agent who works hard and communicates effectively on all sides of a transaction. He has a great team and gave us all the resources we needed to present our home beautifully.

We came back to Harry to sell, after purchasing the same property from him two years ago. Harry is a very knowledgeable agent, but what sets him apart is the level of communication and openness to feedback. Harry helped us throughout our two year ownership when we had questions with the property, and is always prompt in responding. Wouldn't choose anyone else if we were ever to look for another property.

If you want to buy or sell a property, Kim is the man to go to. His knowledge about the market is unmatchable. Kim is brutally honest and that's why his advice at times may not be the one that you would like to hear but is far sure the right one. He may not get you an unrealistic price but he will get you the best price. We have bought a couple of properties from him and he has sold the property for us too and as a buyer and vendor both, we always found him approachable, easy to communicate to and to the point. Another remarkable quality that we appreciate in Kim is that No matter how busy he could be but yet he will still have all the time and attention that you deserve.

I could not ask for any more professional assistance than I received from Bryce Blacklow over a period of 4 -5 months. I faced a daunting task, purchasing a property in the ultra competitive realestate market in Hobart. From our initial conversation, Bryce provided me with much needed information about how to approach the market and how I should prepare for purchasing. Over the following months, Bryce sent me valuable weekly updates of properties on the market relevant to my requirements. Bryce enthusiastically accommodated my viewing of the property I eventually purchased, outside the viewing times. He spent considerable time explaining in detail aspects of the contract to be signed. In every consultation, phone call, email that I have received from Bryce in response to my endless questions, his demeanour has remained consistently professional - informative, supportive, and always respectful and pleasant. There was never any sense of pressure (other than from my own decision making), with Bryce always remaining patient and willing to pay attention to detail and any of my concerns. The process of purchasing in Hobart in this current climate was considerably less fraught than I had expected due to Bryce's professionalism.

We had a pleasure dealing with Harry previously when buying and again it was absolutely first class experience, this time buying. Harry took the time, listening to what we had to say about the property, input his remarkable knowledge and help us achieve a price we were more than delighted to get. Will definitely go with Harry again!

After interviewing six different agents in our area we settled on Nick Morgan of Peterswald Real Estate. Nick took the time to research our unique situation and develop a strategy along with John and Luci that met our needs and would achieve the best possible outcome. He introduced himself to our tenants and developed a rapport with them which made them comfortable and very helpful when it came to open homes and marketing. Nick was in constant communication, as was the whole Peterswald team. If you want a great agent look no further than Nick and Peterswald. We will certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and colleagues.

Bryce was very open and honest of where the market position was in the location we were looking at buying. He was also very easy to talk to and kept us in the loop of what was going on. Good understanding of the area to help us understand our constraints.

Eunice Ware and Kim Morgan recently sold our Sandy Bay property and we could not be happier with the result. We met Eunice at an open home in our street and were impressed with her friendliness and professionalism. We understood that Peterswalds had a reputation as a company that specialised in our suburb. Eunice and Kim came to do an appraisal of our home and we both knew that we were in very good hands. The sales process was explained thoroughly and the timetable for the sale went like clockwork. We were particularly impressed with the quality and number of the marketing experts who were assigned to the sale and all within a very reasonable marketing budget. The open day went smoothly and within 3 days we had a sale contract that we were very happy with. The whole process was seamless and we cannot thank Eunice and Kim enough for their guidance, professionalism, hard work and friendliness and we unreservedly recommend them and Peterswalds as a first class real estate team.
