Friendly, responsive, and respectful
As first-home buyers in a white-hot market, my partner and I were used to getting the short shrift from real estate agents. By contrast, working with Nick has been a pleasure. He accommodated all our pre-offer requests, such as a private viewing (not one with 14 other people also there!) and a building inspection, in a very tight time frame, and has generally been low-fuss, professional, and respectful in his interactions with us. Efficient, knowledgeable and honest
Eunice helped us to view multiple properties and to ultimately secure the perfect house for us. She has excellent knowledge about the Hobart area. She is an excellent communicator and always responded swiftly to requests for information. Eunice was also able to recommend local services we needed, as interstate buyers this was critical. A breeze to sell
Bryce was excellent when selling our place. With the ever changing market at the moment he was up to date with the changes in demand and we think advertised our house appropriately.
