We were very impressed with the professionalism throughout the whole process of selling the property. Jeff arrived with all the research done and more than adequate information regarding the property and surroundings. Jeff’s ability to listen to our needs as well as negotiate the best price for both parties was very effective. Highly recommend for anyone selling or buying.

We found Jeff very engaging from the word go even though we only connected with him late in the game when he already had a significant amount of reasonable offers to present. We felt he was very genuine and honest about the situation with the property, (hopefully we were right!) We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Jeff to any prospective vendors or buyers

Having George as our agent made the experience of selling our farm easy. George was professional with his advise on pricing, how and who to market too. George provided us with a personal touch, with being understanding to why we needed to sell quickly. We listed the property with George and within 6 days we accepted the offer at the price George advise we would get. I would strongly recommend George to anyone and when we are ready to purchase again will only being using George.

Bryce has been in contact with me since I first discussed selling my property and my interest in finding a property more suitable for my needs. There was no pressure from Bryce and he kept in contact and continues to forward details on properties that he thought would be of interest to me. He impressed me with his commitment to assist me where no other agent offered this service. When I decided to list my property I decided to engage Bryce because of the confidence I had in him to look after my interests and to provide professional and honest service. He managed the sale efficiently and with minimal stress. I would recommend Bryce to anyone looking for an agent who is professional and assists you at every step on the sale process.

Throughout the entire process of selling our property George continually demonstrated a very high standard of professionalism and integrity. His advice and knowledge of the real estate market was first class and allowed for a smooth transaction to occur. In addition to his great work in the sale of the property, his advice on the purchase of our new property was also of great value to us. This additional assistance which was over and above his obligation to us as vendors was and is much appreciated.

Great communication and happy to help with any questions about the property and submitting our contract. lots of agents these days have a big ego and come across as arrogant so it was refreshing dealing with an agent who is down-to-earth, friendly and easygoing.
