I had a very complex sale...too complex to go into. Jess did a fabulous job keeping me in touch either by frequent emails or phone calls. I had one contract which had complex conditions, although in this climate I was still very grateful for. Then at the last minute before having to extend the prior contract, Jess secured a cash offer, great deposit and minimal settlement date.
