Craig took the time to explain the market and welcome us to Tasmania, and gave us great confidence in making a purchase. He's very personable, has great knowledge of the market and was very approachable. We would highly recommend Craig to anyone.

I have just purchased a house from Bryce and Harry. I could not fault their professionalism in all aspects of the sale of the property. I was extremely impressed and I would highly recommend them both as agents if you are selling or purchasing a property. Much appreciated Helen and Bill.

Harry and Brice were both proffesional and grounded in there approach. Harry went out of his way to get done what I wanted. Even to the point of meeting us on his day off work. I would not hesitate in selling or purchasing with Harry in the future.

This is the second positive experience and outcome I've enjoyed after entrusting the sale of a home to Kim Morgan. At every step and stage Kim provided sound strategy, helpful suggestions and thorough explanations to guide us through the process. Thoughtful, courteous, savvy and supported by a talented marketing team, we would highly recommend Kim and Charlotte Peterswald for Property to anyone thinking of selling their home and wouldn't hesitate to contact Kim for our future needs. Not that we plan to move again anytime soon!
Kim Morgan
The perfect sale! Kim has the knowledge and foresight to sell a property without a drama. Always contactable and willing to answer questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim and the team at Charlotte Peterswald who manage to make every property look amazing. Thank you!

Bryce has a clear and courteous approach with a underlying trustworthy nature. He was patient and responsive and took time to deal with our concerns on our terms. I’m sure he was taking good care of his primary clients (the vendors) but also took good care of our needs and concerns. He’s relatively new to real estate but is streets ahead of plenty of agents I’ve dealt with. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with George's attitude towards selling our home.. He was very confident with his appraisal but due to the popular locale of the property he conferred with other agents who also agreed with his price. This gave us confidence that our property would sell easily and was not overpriced. The property was listed on the Internet on Wednesday and the first Open Home was held the following day. Another was held on the Saturday and by Tuesday afternoon George had 4 offers for us to consider. He appeared to work non stop from the Thursday Open Home until Monday evening liaising with would be purchasers and assisting them with their offers. At all times he kept us in the loop. We were absolutely thrilled; in less than a week we had a cash offer for our property. George comes highly recommended. Susan Berry

At our initial meeting with George to assess if we would list our property with him, we were most impressed by his pleasant manner, personality, Real Estate knowledge of the area and professionalism. Upon visiting our property George displayed a genuine liking for what he saw, hence we believed that if the selling Agent felt this way, then this would surely come across to perspective purchasers. We were correct in our analysis of George, he is reliable and professional, in fact he surpassed our expectations. Having sold this property we have another to sell and will again commission George. Obviously if we intend to use George again, that is proof of George's skills, therefore we have no hesitation in recommending him to other Vendors. Thanks for a hassle free and well done job George. Sincerely, Russell & Lydia

Harry and Bryce have both been very professional and have made selling a house a lot easier than I ever imagined.

Bryce had a good knowledge of the house in question and whilst being extremely busy, as is the current Hobart market, no question was too much and I always received a prompt answer. He had a good knowledge of the area and continues to offer support and help whenever asked, even after the contract has been signed. I would have no hesitation to recommend Bryce.
