Harry was able to arrange an inspection at short notice on a property with a lot of interest, but was also able to guide my offer into a successful bid, by knowing what his vendor wanted from the contract. The communication didn’t stop the moment Harry slapped the SOLD sign on either. Harry's advice and knowledge of the market place has resulted in a great outcome for us. He dealt with us for over 12 months before we were ready to sell.
