Right from the first open home I fell in love with my home in Tranmere. I had to have it and Harry made it happen within a few days. A week later I put my house in Sandy Bay for sale. Harry and Jess were amazing with their ideas and profesionalism and great communication. Harry's advertising executed a quick sale. One year on and I'm very happy. I highly recomend Harry Coomer from Charlotte Peterswald. Thank you

We chose our agent from the way they conducted their open homes. Were we greeted? Was our contact details taken? Are there enough brochures? Are we another number? Do we feel comfortable with this agent? Do we feel trust and honesty? Do we feel guided and do they have the right knowledge? Are they working for us? Out of all the real estate agents that we saw, the team of Harry and Bryce was the only team that fulfilled all of the needs to gain our business. He was there for us and his work ethic is above expectations. Harry knows how sell homes. We highly recommend both Harry and Bryce.

The professionalism showed by Kim on the very first meeting was the reason we entrusted him with the reluctant sale of our home. He made the process as easy as possible and was very understanding of our personal needs for discretion where possible. The advertising campaign achieved amazing results that exceeded everyone’s expectations and this would not have been the case without the extra length’s taken by Kim. We featured in The Weekend Australian Magazine, The Mercury’s Real Estate front page and in various online articles. These results and the overwhelming number of views, being the second most viewed home in Australia, would not have been achieved without the Charlotte Peterswald brand and Kim’s hard work and dedication.

We are so pleased with Harry’s service. The genuine care he showed, and time he put towards our family and sale made us feel like we were not just another deal. He worked hard to get a great buyer and price for our property, and made the process as easy and comfortable as possible for us. We would definitely work with Harry and his team again!

Kim was very patient and understanding during the whole process of negotiating while we purchased the property. At any point of the whole process we didn’t feel uncomfortable or pressured to make any decisions. His guidance and knowledge was invaluable in securing our dream property. Thanks Kim.

Everything lived up to the promise - at your service. Fast response to questions, calm assurance and a quicker than expected sale process. Upfront, honest and high professional backed up by an equally responsive and professional support team. I can highly recommend Team Coomer.

As a reasonably frequent purchaser of property I get frustrated often as enquiries made to vendor’s agents do not get answered, calls and emails don’t get returned and follow up phone calls do not get made. Kim ticked all the boxes and the vendor got the sale - other competing properties missed out. If I was selling - when I do sell - I would happily employ him. As a purchaser he met all my needs .

Kim Morgan provided us with an exemplary service. He advised us on the purchase of our new property and guided us through that process without any request from us. He was generous with his time and effectively acted as a buyer's agent. With respect to the sale of our property, he was informative, encouraging, professional, very courteous and mindful of our needs throughout. We had absolute trust in his skills of negotiation and more importantly, his integrity. That is not easy to write in the commercial world these days. One is so often left feeling cynical and exploited. However, in this case, I write it with conviction and sincerity. I would unreservedly recommend Kim to anyone requiring real-estate services. While Harry was working for the vendor, he provided us, as potential buyers, with a valuable advice about the market and he guided us through the process. We feel that his advice was honest, insightful and allowed us to make an offer that was eventually chosen by the vendor. I would highly recommend Harry to any potential property seller.

Harry gave a thorough and confident proposed approach for selling our home. He was aware of the market and assured us that our expected final price was achievable. Good marketing and great negotiation skills got us over the line, above the amount we were hoping for. He kept us well informed of all stages of the sale which gave us confidence of a good result.
