We had the pleasure of working with Phoebe when we recently purchased our new home. From our very first look through the property, Phoebe was a delight to deal with. She displayed a high level of professionalism and is a great communicator. She guided us through the whole process and went above and beyond when answering our many questions. We're really grateful for her outstanding service and can't wait to move into our new home. We would recommend Phoebe to anyone buying or selling a property in Hobart!

Throughout the process of preparing the sale of our late mother's home, Phoebe provided us with her expertise to allow us to maximise our sale. She continually touched base to see how we were and how we were progressing and kept us informed of any updates. Due to this we had a quick sale above our expectations.

Excellent agent delivering on the important details as well as the big picture. There was extended time between my first contact as i needed to get my house on the market, and sold. Bryce understood these constraints but kept me well informed about the situation with the vendor of the house i subsequently purchased.

Bryce goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless process with the utmost professionalism. Bryce supported us to put our properties best foot forward right down to personally contributing to the process. Our property needed to sell quickly and Bryce worked long and hard to get the job done. I would recommend him to anyone considering selling their property….you won’t be disappointed.

We had the smoothest experience with Bec selling our home. She is prompt and super organised and her deep knowledge of the market and market conditions were invaluable. She has superior people and communications skills and a great eye to detail. She was a great advocate for our home with potential buyers and got us an amazing result. We could not recommend Bec more highly.

Bryce is professional, diligent and quietly determined. He is a great communicator and works hard at understanding your expectations. He then delivers without fuss or drama. The whole process seems pretty relaxed and effective with Bryce's guidance. He went the extra mile for us and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
