We sold our 3 bedroom investment property with Nick. From the start Nick was a great communicator, reasonable / fair estimate of value and managed to lead the negotiation well and efficiently with the buyer. There was no pushy tactics or pressure applied to take the offer etc. He is likeable and I think his personality would suit both seller and buyer but he led a great result for us. Nick is light years ahead when compared to our other selling experiences in Hobart.

I met Phoebe at an open home almost 2 years ago. I mentioned that we were renovating Phoebe offered to take a look with a view to making suggestions which was very helpful. Phoebe maintained regular contact to see how we were progressing. As we drew nearer to completion Phoebe revisited the property to provide a pricing guide and suggestions regarding timing of a proposed sale. While waiting for this time to arrive, some ideal purchasers became known to her and she asked if it would be possible to show the purchasers through our property. The couple decided to proceed with an offer to which we agreed.
