Jess was excellent from prior to listing to the sale of the property. The price estimated was accurate, photos taken of the property were appealing, open homes/inspections were conducted respectfully to the tenants of the property and the offer negotiation obtained the best price from the buyer. I would highly recommend Jess and Craig and will definitely use them for any future property sales.

Harry and team were great from the get go. He provided a strong overview of the market to us and guided our sale strategy. As first time sellers with perhaps an unrealistic goal in mind, Harry was honest and forthright throughout. Communication was easy at all times and we are very grateful to the whole team.

We have sold then bought property through Harry Coomer before. Reluctantly we have had to move my elderly mother into a nursing home and sell her unit in Glenorchy to fund her new accommodation. We contacted Harry for the sale as his expertise had rewarded us in previous dealings in the past. Harry is a natural in his industry and his attention to detail and his honesty is a rare commodity in the sales industry in my opinion. We were also impressed with the younger sales team under Harry's wing and have no doubt they have a very bright and prosperous future in the Real Estate world. I would not hesitate in fact i recommend Harry Coomer and his team if you are contemplating buying or selling a property in the future. Marc Quarrell

With 3 properties sold this year with Nick and his team, I can safely say that their market knowledge, professionalism and customer service really is second to none . If your thinking of selling I would recommend calling them for a sit down to discuss your options . You will get an honest review of your property in the current market, that so far for me has been spot on everything . What you won’t get is an agent pissing in your pocket, telling you all the things you want to hear, just to list a property that they then have no interest in . Treat yourself to an experience worthy or your time and asset .
