Thank you to Nick, John and Luci for all of your help, knowledge and support through this realestate process. The journey was seamless and everyone was beyond helpful anytime we needed them. Thank you to Luci who initially got our attention when viewing our now new family home and thank you to John and Nick for guiding us through the new purchase and the sale of our property True legends! Would highly recommend!

Nick was warmly welcoming, very well briefed on the property and its place in the current market. He gave us clear, realistic and very helpful advice which happily led to a successful purchase. We were especially grateful for him giving up his personal time on a Sunday for a second viewing which helped to clarify issues and speed the process along. Would highly recommend.

Nick was fantastic in all aspects of our dealings throughout our recent home purchase. We found Nick to be genuine and personable with all our communications, with what was a stressful time as a buyer we felt the full support of Nick. We were incredibly lucky that the vendors picked Nick as their agent, we understood why the instant we met him and would highly recommend.

Phoebe was outstanding in the recent sale of our home. From the outset she was helpful and professional. Everything from assistance with house preparation to formulating the selling strategy to the eventual conclusion was thoughtful, professional and exemplary. I honestly could not recommend her more highly. She achieved an outstanding result for us, with minimum fuss and excellent communication throughout. I would happily choose Phoebe again as our agent.

Harry was brilliant from start to finish. Obviously highly experienced, his strategy was spot-on and he and his team achieved an outstanding result for us in what has suddenly become a slightly difficult market. He and his team worked very hard for us, and communication was always excellent.

Jeff has been professional, knowledgeable and supportive. From the moment we met Jeff we had complete trust in his commitment and appreciated his extensive knowledge of the market, which has resulted in the best possible outcome for us. Jeff’s organisational skills and the Peterswald’s advertising team were exceptional. Jeff always kept us informed during the process of selling and we highly recommend Jeff.

We recently sold a fairly unique and large property, and we knew from the outset that George was the right agent to help us find the right buyer, based on our own previous interactions when looking to buy a similar property in the past. George brings an exceptional level of experience, enthusiasm and honesty to the process of selling that allowed us to move forward with the sale confidently. From our initial meeting to discuss expectations, the marketing strategy and coordination of the various supporting professionals to prepare the property for sale, George was able to clearly outline each step to us and ensure the process remained on track. The biggest factors for us in choosing George over other agents were his wonderful interpersonal skills and his extensive experience in selling these types of large lifestyle properties in the Hobart region. This gave us the confidence in our strategy and that we were targeting the right price point in the market, with George able to provide clear advice on the pros and cons for each of the multiple offers we received (and in a very timely manner!). Overall this was the most pleasant real estate interaction we have ever experienced and we would not hesitate in engaging George again in future. We strongly recommend him to anyone looking to not only sell, but also buy a property listed by George Self!

Bryce was very helpful from the point of engagement to sell the property. His ability to know the market and provide me with some good tips and contacts to get the property ready for sale. Bryce worked hard to coordinate all parties to ensure timelines were met and was able to get the result that I wanted very quickly. His personal skills and passion for the market and both buyer and seller were great. Thanks Bryce!

Bryce was professional in every aspect of the sale. From our first meeting, to the open home and then to the negotiations of the sale, he kept us updated and informed at all times. He's friendly and approachable and very easy to deal with. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Couldn’t ask for a better agent! Harry and his team kept in contact the entire time, went above and beyond to get the best price for us and gave us confidence after we had previously lost it elsewhere. Moving forward Harry and his team will be who we use without a doubt! Thanks again!
