We have been delighted by our working relationship with Craig Anderson and his associate at Peterswald, Jess Hansen. We originally made contact by a request for tender sent from Oxford, UK. This was sent to four estate agents in Hobart, and Craig was the only agent to fully respond to all points in the tender document. He also provided a schedule for preparing and launching the house on the market, which was rigidly adhered to. Once the house was on the market Craig and Jess rapidly provided full reporting and analysis of the responses. At all times they were frank about any problems encountered and were open to discussing and sharing solutions with us. Their manner was always polite, professional, and good humoured. At the final stage with two interested purchasers Craig used his knowledge of the wider market to identify an adviser to solve a structural problem, and then negotiate a final sale at the forecast price. We are very impressed by Craig Anderson's market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, and ability to set and achieve goals. Highly recommended.
