Harry supported us to sell us home recently. He has extensive knowledge in the area of real estate and was able to provide helpful advice within a challenging market. We would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home. He is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to reach the desired outcome whilst maintaining realistic expectations for the vendor.

Eunice Ware proved instrumental in my purchase of a home after five months of searching. She went over and above when difficult circumstances arose but with her guidance these difficulties were quickly overcome. Communication was timely and helpful for every step of the purchase process and she carried out her job in a truely professional manner. My expectations were met and I am sure the vendor’s were as well. Highly recommended.

Harry and his team were an invaluable partner in the journey of selling our family home. As first time sellers, we felt assured that Harry was working towards the best outcome for us. His honest, regular feedback throughout the journey kept us informed, especially during these times of challenging market conditions. Overall we were pleased with the outcome we achieved, and credit Harry and the team for getting us there.

This was the best experience my wife and I have had over the past ten years plus. Phoebe has gone above and beyond what any agent has done to assist us as purchasers for which she was obviously not getting any financial reward. We have bought and sold a number of properties both on the mainland and also now in Hobart. While Phoebe was acting for the vendor she went well beyond the norm to assist us in the purchase and post purchase stage. There was complete transparency regarding the various stages of making and having our offer accepted. This helped us to make a fully informed decision about what we were undertaking. Apart from that Phoebe was equally helpful after the purchase in terms of some things that we needed help with. This comment also goes for her colleague who was most helpful when Phoebe was caught up otherwise. We wholeheartedly recommend any vendor or potential purchaser to deal through Phoebe and her colleagues. She is super professional with a big heart.

We first met Harry, well over 18 months ago, when we inspected a property for which he was the selling agent. We were looking to “downsize” and Harry provided much helpful advice. During our long search to find a suitable new home Harry continued to provide useful advice, usually for properties with which he was not involved as an agent. So when we finally found and purchased a new home, we turned to Harry to sell our present one. We were well satisfied with our choice of Peterswald as our agent. Not only of Harry, but of the whole team that worked on marketing our house; and particularly Phoebe. We also thought that the photographer was excellent, and that the large number of images that were displayed on the web presented the features our house in the best way.
