I would highly recommend CPPM. I have recently started renting from CPPM and everyone I have dealt with were friendly, nice and professional.

We have been with CPPM for many years now. Our property has never been empty and the transition between tenants is seamless. I could not wish for better property management

We had particularly bad experience with another local Hobart Realtor and fortunately CPPM was recommended to us. We are very happy so far. We have two high quality fully furnished rental properties, so attention to detail is imperative and CPPM demonstrate this. The company is very experienced in the Hobart property market; they provide excellent service and are always friendly and helpful.

Based on our past experience with CPPM, when we are overseas, we have confidence about their management. Home, dealing with the agents is a pleasure.

CPPM inherited a difficult situation and handled it very well. Importantly, it appears the services they outsource are very much cheaper than other PM's we have used. Greatly appreciated.
