I recently rented my new home from Charlotte Peterswald Property Management. I feel incredibly lucky having Yevonne Lowe from Charlotte Peterswald Property Management as the property agent for my rental property. Yevonne was kind, genuine, respectful, and approachable and answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable approaching with any questions and problems. I have been looking for a rental for a while and dealt with other agents, so I am able to see that Yevonne’s approach to people is special. Yevonne and the team at CPPM Property management was very professional; the process of applying and moving was seamless and efficient. I was given instructions, advice, recommendations and was updated at every stage of the process.

This is the second property that I have been fortunate enough to rent with CPPM. Both times Ruth has been an incredibly kind, caring and patient property manager. She is understanding and prompt with any queries I have had and is always available in ensuring that moving in, living, and moving out as a seamless experience.

Charlotte Peterswald Property Management (CCPM) has been incredibly professional and everything has been seamless, nothing has been too difficult for the team. Ruth is an excellent property manager, great communicator and has made our tenancy a breeze. Highly recommend!

I came to Charlotte Peterswald Property Management after a prior agent had dropped the ball and missed some basic maintenance that could have lead to more serious building damage. Upon engaging CPPM to manage the property, they had their trades attend immediately and for a fair price, with no issues to date since. Rent has been paid and the place has been tenanted trouble free.

I am so happy that I chose Charlotte Peterswald to manage my rental property. I never write reviews l, however after much experience renting properties, I have found them to be an exceptional service, with superior industry knowledge far superior to what I have encountered before. They exceeded my expectations for the property and managed my interests with integrity and outstanding results.

I have just begun a tenancy managed by Charlotte Peterswald in Tasmania. After submitting my initial condition report, I noticed something wrong and messaged my agent. They were very quickly able to organise tradesmen to come out and inspect the issue and were able to have a non-urgent issue sorted very quickly at my request. They were very communicative around the process and ensuring I was happy with the outcome :)
