I have used Charlotte Peterswald Property Management for over 20years. The team are great and work together so well ensuring that any job, queries, landlord or tenant issues are answered and attended to promptly. I also like the fact that the agency has built up a strong team of reliable service providers who are great at what they do and provide good prices for products. Finally the experience in the team is invaluable. They are efficient and they always have an answer or can quickly source one for any of my questions relating to rental properties.

The application process was proactive, quick, and clear, which saved my time and efforts in communicating. My agent really cares for my needs via providing useful advices during my lease transfer period and preparing a good rental condition that suits my needs. They also did maintenance and repairs in accordance to the outcome of condition reports. They have a good system to record the status of rental fee and of job request regarding repairs and maintenance.

The whole process with Charlotte and Peterswald has been very easy and professional. Was based in Sydney so could not view the property myself. Casey and the team went above and beyond to help with the virtual inspection, made sure the property was vacated and ready before our move in date. Bravo to Casey for helping throughout the process.
