The employees at CPPM really helped me find a nice place that suited my needs in the right location. They were able to effectively listen to my requirements and also react in time to finding me something suitable in a short time. I just moved from the mainland as well. So they helped me get familiar with Hobart areas

Charlotte Peterswald team did a incredible job during my rental process in Sandy Bay. I was away due to my work and Yevonne managed to keep in contact and made it easy for me to be able to rent the place that I wanted. Also, Ruth has being the property manager since I rented the unit, she always return my question and provide the support I need. I just have good things to say about my experience with Charlotte

Yevonne was, from the start, professional and knowledgeable, and saw the potential in our property for the rental market. She promptly followed up all maintenance in our absence, and was successful in securing a tenant for our home. Her care, communication and her understanding of the market are exemplorary. We would highly recommend CPPM.
