Recently a tenant moved out two months before the end of their term. CPPM were quick to fill the tenancy with a short term rental to alleviate the concerns of the vacating tenant and to avoid conflict as it was necessary to increase the rent gor the next tenancy.

I highly recommend CPPM for your rental property portfolio. Being busy and not having much time to invest into property maintenance and management, CPPM made the whole process very smooth. From the initial contact, to organising cleaning, body corporate, inspections, reviewing applicants, and so on, I was thoroughly impressed. The fees were very competitive and their payment systems are very robust. I will be using them for my other rental properties in the future.

I needed a phone socket added to the property as there was no one when I moved in, Liz was very quick to arrange a technician to come and install the necessary socket.

CPPM gave me a smooth rental application process. Long story short, I went through the entire rental process while being overseas. Shout out to Caitlin and Ruth for superlative assistance. Could not have done it without them.

As a new tenant with CPPM it’s been so simple staring my tenancy and moving into my new home around a month ago. The staff I’ve dealt with so far have been fantastic. They have all been professional, friendly and so efficient. Communication is easily and queries were responded to and issues addressed quickly. I’ve felt that I’m as important to CPPM as the property owner is and there’s a real appreciation for developing and maintaining a good relationship with tenants, not just the owner.
