Had a complain about the neighbor but no reply
Trying to contact the property manager about an issue with the neighbor but doesn't seem to bother. They seems to be alive, when the need something from us.

Have been waiting for more than 3 weeks but still not hearing anything from agent.
Quite upset with this rental experience. The House inspection report was not prepared properly, a lot of discrepancies with the current status of the house. Now, there are many outstanding items that need to be fixed, e.g. a lock from the garage to the house is broken, hundreds of ants in the garage, detached window screen....etc. Just 9 days ago, the microwave was giving out a burning smell and a lot of smoke after we started using it for the first time for not more than a minute. Still waiting for the agent's reply for the arrangement to sort things out.
