Great agency

Have found CPPM to be very efficient and great to deal with from a Landlord's side of things. I think they also sort issues out for the tenants in a professional manner as well. Very responsive and highly recommeded.

Property Manager

I was rather sceptical about choosing a Property Manager, I met 3 different Agents, then decided to ask Charlotte Peterwalds. Yevonne Lowe came to view and advise, I was delighted with her genuine, friendly and efficient manner. She found the perfect tenant for me within 2 weeks. So my experience with Peterwalds was a very good one, I can’t fault it judging on my experience. Thank you Yevonne.

Professional and excellent

The team was courteous and efficient throughout the whole process. Praise must be given to Casey who handled and processed my application amidst the difficulties of the recent Southern Tasmanian lockdown.

Fantastic Agency

I cannot speak highly enough of this agency. My unit has been exceptionally well looked after. The transitions between leases has been smooth and stress free. I place complete confidence in their decisions and pretty well leave it all to them. Very professional and they take role seriously.
