Charlotte Peterswald Property Management has looked after my two rental properties for over twenty years. Throughout that time they have taken excellent care of me, the tenants and, of course, the houses. I have never had a complaint and, in fact, I have recommended them to other investors over the years who have engaged them to manage their properties. I am impressed by their prompt and thorough communication; advertising; arrangement of leases (in several cases tenants have remained for many years); accounting and preparation of statements; negotiation with contractors such as electricians, builders, gardeners etc; and their very friendly, articulate and considerate manner. Every aspect of property management by CPPM had been first rate!
