Charlotte Peterswald Property Management has looked after my two rental properties for over twenty years. Throughout that time they have taken excellent care of me, the tenants and, of course, the houses. I have never had a complaint and, in fact, I have recommended them to other investors over the years who have engaged them to manage their properties. I am impressed by their prompt and thorough communication; advertising; arrangement of leases (in several cases tenants have remained for many years); accounting and preparation of statements; negotiation with contractors such as electricians, builders, gardeners etc; and their very friendly, articulate and considerate manner. Every aspect of property management by CPPM had been first rate!

Have a very good experience in term of communication and kind of professionalism. I didn’t expect this kind of service from real estate agent but I am very happy with CPPM.

I’ve been very impressed with the competitive rates offered by Adam Dougherty, Liz Marshall and Liz Walsh at CPPM, at their conduct through the tough times of Covid, and their open and honest dealings. Certainly not the type of agents you hear horror stories about! They go above and beyond when screening clients, inspecting property, and are willing to be flexible in their dealings, going above and beyond to secure the best outcome for all parties involved. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👌

CPPM have managed 4 properties for me over the past 3 years. I think they have been extremely fair in their treatment of the tenants and me, as an owner. Their communication has been proactive and clear, they fix things which need fixing and seem to have a very capable team. 10/10 and thoroughly reccomended.

I have had my investment property with cppm for over 12 years and have always found them to be exceptional. Most recently, they handled the Coronavirus and subsequent rental issues with integrity and consideration for all parties. I highly recommend cppm to anyone.
