Highly responsive, genuine and professional

Blake was our buyers agent. We threw a few curve balls at him and the team- including completely rethinking the type of property and location. Fantastic experience from overseas buyer

The easiest way to buy an investment property without being there!

I wanted to purchase my first investment property in Brisbane however I had no idea which areas to look for until I met Lucy Spanevello from Charman Buyers Agency. After our online discussion she knew exactly what apartment and locations I wanted. Lucy was on the ground from day one sending me 5 properties to view and within 3 weeks I was able to purchase an apartment under asking price whilst on a working trip in Switzerland. I highly recommend Lucy to anyone wanting an agent who is dedicated, knowledgeable and has the skill to negotiate a deal.

Wonderful first experience with a Buyer's Agent

Maddy was wonderful with her communication and dedication towards getting a great deal for us in Brisbane. She helped us to negotiate a price which would have been unlikely for us to achieve if we had not used a Buyer's agency.
