We appreciated that she took the extra initiative to check on the house for us after a hail storm. On another occasion, she wheeled the bins back after garbage pickup day - on her own initiative; we didn’t have to ask. She’d help recommend other consultants (builder, property manager) post settlement. The attention to the small details and follow ups shows she cares and is a respectable professional.
