The Good: - Unlike most agents that I dealt with, you were willing to spend a decent amount of time talking to me about the property and this area. Most agents rush you through in 30 mins or so. Much appreciated. - Communication was good and fairly prompt considering that I was 125km away most of the time. - It is important that the client does not feel pressured or coerced into making a decision, which I did not. The Bad: - The documents that were scanned for the Section 32 etc. were crooked and a bit pale/low resolution, which made them hard to read. Not the fault of the agent (equipment limitations), but the company needs to address this, as it looks unprofessional. - Can't really comment on the team, as I had minimal dealings with them. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful.
