Highly recommended
Carol was the agent for the property we purchased. We found her great to deal with throughout the negotiations and sale. Primarily we appreciated her straightforward manner and honest approach. Excellent, personal, friendly and professional
My sisters and I sold my late father’s house through Chilton Real Estate. Carol Johnson had been highly recvommended to us, and she and her highly professional team certainly did not disappoint. Right from the start, Carol inspired confidence - she also did not give overblown promises of an unrealistic price just to get the listing! Carol was friendly, caring, and sensitive to we 3 sisters who were struggling with the emotional side of selling our beloved father’s home. CHILTON REAL ESTATE

Job Well Done
To whom it may concern, Carol Johnson managed the sale of our property 44 Lochville Street Wahroonga in 2016. At this time we had already relocated to South Australia and had tenants in the property. Carol was required to negotiate with the tenants through the preparation and sale of the property. She arranged for the gardens to be cleaned up and for a stylist to get the house back up to sale standard. Price negotiations then needed to be done via email and phone. I could not be happier with the help and support we received from Carol. She went above and beyond for us in a difficult situation. I was confident that the house was presented beautifully, proved as we received a very good sale outcome. Everything was done with a minimum of fuss. An estate agent you can trust
My father and I first met Carol Johnson in 2010, when she offered to value Dad's house. A person of great integrity, she made a very favourable impression on both of us. Dad said that he wasn't contemplating selling at that time, but if he ever did, he would appoint her as his estate agent. At no time did she ever pester us, or ask if we were ready to sell. My brother met Carol about a year ago, and was also impressed by her knowledge and skills. Unfortunately, my father's affairs were placed under the jurisdiction of a trustee company, which, although my brother and I wanted Carol to sell the house and both put it in writing, the trustees wanted to appoint their own agent. Carol had to do a lot of work to convince them she was the best person for the position. Carol goes the extra mile to help her clients; her husband even cleaned Dad's pool every day just before the house was open for inspection. She was prepared to give directions with clearing the house and even came around to see how we were getting on. I would highly recommend Carol Johnson as a very professional and honest real estate agent, who works extremely hard for her clients. Kudos to Carol on the sale of 10 Cherry Street WARRAWEE!
