We wanted to honour Carol as she had maintained contact with my mother for many years as at one point they had considered moving into a retirement facility and selling the home. Carol impressed then as friendly and helpful: not pushy Carol so understood our challenges of selling a house that had slid into partial disrepair due our parents advancing dementia and clearing out their massive amount of accumulated possessions they had never managed to sort. She became like a member of the family filling in the gaps with practical advice and actually sourcing services for essential work that needed to done on the house when it became all too hard for us. Her knowledge of the Wahroonga market and her expertise in both negotiating a fair price for all parties was impressive.
