Caring and Thoughtful

Kathryn was great to work with, she was very sensitive to the situation that I was moving from my home of 20 years taking that step into aged care. Her communication was excellent and I felt comfortable that Kathryn was not just doing open inspections, but by appointment only which I felt a lot more comfortable with. I would definitely recommend to anyone selling their home.

Kathryn Bannister is an amazing realtor

After speaking to a few realtors about selling my house I went with Kathryn Bannister and she did an absolutely amazing job. She went above and beyond my expectations working on public holidays and throughout the Christmas and New Years period. Kathryn was always available to answer all my questions and work around my availability no matter what time it was or how busy she was Kathryn was always there to help. I found a gem in Kathryn

Caring, Understanding, Polite, Sincere are just a few qualities I found in Kathryn's professional attitude towards finding the right purchaser for the sale of my property. Kathryn was helpful in many areas from day one (1) starting with her first inspection to the final settlement and even beyond. Kathryn's personality is down to earth and friendly. Trust is an important part of selling a home and Kathryn provided peace of mind for me; knowing each inspection with a potential buyer was safe and secure and that Kathryn's main goal was obtaining a great outcome for me the vendor.
