When we contacted Tom Cleary, we had no idea of his skill in home sales, but he was highly rated by an independent firm who search out successful home sale agents. We were so pleasantly surprised by his experience in dealing with a large family who had decided to sell their mothers home and buy her a care home with the proceeds.
