Tom was fantastic. He was open, honest and approachable and at all times communicated what was going on. We were never in any doubt as to where the process was and what we needed to do to move it along. There were a few hiccups in the process, none of which were created by Tom but all of which he took on as his problem to solve. Between us we worked as a team and my wife and I were more than happy with the overall outcome. Had we chosen the wrong agent, one without Tom's outstanding professionalism, this could have dragged on for Months, or fallen over all together. As it was, we listed, sold and settled in less than 12 weeks. A great job Thank you Tom.

The work they put in to have the house advertised,photo's of the whole property and the way they home open was excellent . Communication back after every home open and follow up with viewers after they came through was automatically given by them . Simply put they sold my house after a long time . Tom & Nat impressed us from the off and were extremely diligent and helpful with the sale of our house. Tom kept us up to speed with all that was happening and nothing was too much trouble for him, he even came round to put our bins out while we were away! If we had questions he would answer them and not just during business hours. What Tom told us happened he is a man of his word and for me personally that means a lot.I would not hesitate to recommend Tom & Nat as above par agents.
