We met with 7 agents as my family thought I should choose one that I could communicate with, Tom was number 2 but he is definitely a number 1 in our book. He made it so easy with his knowledge of the market and in particular the area I live in. He worked with us and listened to any concerns that I had regarding children around the pool, he stationed his wife to oversee the pool area and make sure everyone was safe. We only had it open once and the house was sold that day. His after sales help is amazing and he has been on the end of the phone to answer many questions relating to the property I am buying. One day I will need Tom again and as I respect him so much it will be an easy phone call. Tom helped out a lot in working out the best way to present our house (including bringing chairs from his own house to show off the backyard better!), and was generally easy and professional in his dealings throughout the selling process. He also had plenty of useful contacts like local electricians to get an electrical certificate. Would absolutely go with Tom again.

Selling my father’s property after he passed away was a very stressful thing to do. I was fortunate to have chosen Tom to help me with the process. Tom was very professional from the start and made me feel very comfortable that I could trust him to work for me as the client. He gave me advice on the key work to do on the property to get the best value and what not to waste our time on given he knew the situation we were dealing with. The end result proved him correct. Tom communicated via the appropriate means for the occasion, being text, email or a phone call but was not overbearing in any way, just there when we needed him to be. I have previously purchased or sold 15+ properties and this has by far been the easiest process that I have encountered to date, with the end result also being very successful.
