We engaged with Tom to sell our home in Leeming. We really didn't want home opens or signage. Tom was able to provide a solution to both those concerns by selling our house without a home open and without a sign. His professionalism was great and the best thing I liked was after the deal was signed and settlement was booked he still engaged and gave us advice on items the buyer had marked as wanting rectified. Tom was able to make it easy for us to get these things done and the whole process was great. I have sold and bought other houses in the past but Tom was by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.
