They provide their service decently but at the end of the day I feel they don't go above and beyond at all to stand out from other agencies. For example, they charge ridiculous fees just for paying rent. Even recurring direct debit, theres a $1 fee. And of course paying rent by credit card there is the 1% ish fees. Where I have been with other agencies which lets me pay my rent online using a credit card with 0 fees. Just saying, in the future, if i had a choice to go with another agent, I would do it in a heartbeat. I have been with multiple agencies in the past, and Churchill is truly nothing special in my honest opinion
