Churchill Real Estate is an independent, family owned, boutique agency that commenced trading in 1972. After working in Brisbane and overseas as a property valuer and sales agent for 10 years, Damon started working with the family in 1990. Derek and Vi Churchill, the original business owners, are both now enjoying retirement with their son Damon taking up the reins in 2003. The agency has been continually successful in selling and managing real estate during this time by achieving great results through personal service and using the latest in real estate technology. Our long term staff have greatly helped in this aim with their dedication and valuable local experience. Over the years we have established an extensive network of contacts in the local community and beyond and have a wealth of collected information on the local area. We operate from our own building on busy Lutwyche Road and all staff are long term residents raising or having raised family in the district.
