Great knowledge of the market!
Damon did a brilliant job at selling our property in the Gordon Park area. We had a contract signed before the first opening with a price we were happy with. We were very impressed! He communicated every step of the process clearly to us and was a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic Agent
We had been looking for our first home for over a year and were very scarred from many poor experiences prior to meeting Damon. Damon had a no nonsense approach, was a great communicator and whilst trying to do his job in getting the best outcome for the owner, we felt that he was fair, helpful, transparent and trustworthy. Great local knowledge
Damon did a great job in selling my mother's unit in a tough market. He knows the local area well and was realistic about sales prices unlike others we spoke to. He kept us up to date with what was happening and went the extra mile by helping us negotiate the adoption of my mother's cat by the new owner. I would recommend him to others selling in this area.

Great communication
As a first time seller I had a lot of questions and was really happy with Damon's communication throughout the whole process. It's really nice to have the little things like calling at the end of each open house - even when I told him my phone would be out of range, he still left a message so I'd know how things went.
