I was very happy overall with Damon's assistance in selling my property. He keeps in touch regularly & calls when he says he will. You're never left wondering what's happening with prospects or negotiations. After some discussion, the sale price was increased after a week or two on the market & perhaps on reflection, it was a bit too high. The final sale price was acceptable but a little less than my expectations given the asking price increase. Damon is a professional in all respects & I would contact him again if I needed to sell or buy.
