Bri cares about the properties she manages like they're her own; taking what she does pretty seriously. She doesn't take herself too seriously, though. Always up for a laugh and a banter, Bri's the kind of person everyone wants to be around - and wants managing their property.

About Hayley

With an eye-wateringly impressive 18 years experience in the real estate industry, Hayley loves Property Management and the fact that even after so long in the game no two days are ever alike. Even more impressive, though, are the long-standing relationships she’s built over that time – you should try and go to the supermarket with Hayley, let’s just say it’s not a quick dash! Born and bred in the area, and living locally on acreage in Whittlesea, if Hayley isn’t PMing she’s on her farm with her many horses and pets [including a goat, Dixie]. Hayley joins Bri, Laurisa and Morgan in our rapidly growing PM team. We are lucky to have you, Hayley.

About Laurisa

After starting in the real estate industry over 7 years ago and moving very quickly from Reception to Property Management, Laurisa not only survived this baptism of fire but has been thriving in the PM space ever since. A confident, passionate and experienced Property Manager who loves the busyness and uniqueness of any given day in the game, Laurisa is just the person to join Bri in managing our rapidly growing rental portfolio. Living locally to Wallan and having grown up in the Kilmore area, Laurisa is a country girl through and through. On the weekends, you’ll find her recharging with her fam on the farm, camping and horse-riding. We’re lucky to have you, Laurisa.

About Morgan

Meet Morgan, but please, call her Morgs. With 15 years experience in customer service, and nearly 4 years in the real estate game, Morgs loves the fact that no two days in the industry are ever the same. Property Management is in her bones, and that certainly shines through in her communication skills and her ability to just handle it. Our bubbly and warm Morgs is the newest member of our rapidly growing PM team, joining Bri, Laurisa and Hayley to provide the ultimate in service to our rental providers and renters. If you see her around say hi – Morgs is a Kinglake local, having purchased there 4 years ago and is either completing [never-ending] projects on her home, or walking her dogs through the KL Ranges.

Outstanding Property Management Service

Trusted, very professional, in depth market knowledge

We have worked with Bri on 2 of our investments. One which has recently been transfered to Chwyla in recent times. Having two agents look at two different properties gave us an objective critic on the level of service that was provided which was a stark difference. Bri and the team from Chwlya are not just looking for the next sale, the vetting done for each of the tenants they bring forward gives us the confidence that our property is going to be well looked after and also we will not have any pain points in terms of rent coming in on time etc. they have always taken the route of having open discussion with us and letting us know what is a realistic expectation on rental return vs an unrealistic one. Unlike our other agency who simply put forward a recommendation for the first application without any advice or vetting backgrounds Bri and team do the necessary checks upfront and then position the prospective tenants to us. Our other agency simply appeared to be middle people getting rent from tenants and pushing it to us. The team at Chwyla keep us upto date on any updates on tenancy law changes that may impact us. Ensure the property is at par with required maintenance and safety checks ensuring not just the safety of the tenants but protecting us from any nasty penalties. I believe this is also why they would be the trusted agent for tenants as they do what is right and pay very close attention to detail. We find Bri also goes above the call of duty at times example being when we needed some curtains to be replaced, whilst onsite she just did it for us. This attention and level of customer service is definitely what makes this agency a cut above other agencies I have worked with the in the past. It’s not just about getting top rent for the property but also ensuring that the tenant is keeping up to date with their commitments and also us keeping up to ours.

Absolutely Amazing!

We have been working with Morgan from Chwyla for over a year now and will NEVER use anyone else. Morgan is our property manager and she ALWAYS has our back! Morgan is professional and very knowledgeable. We love how she always keeps us informed of changes and explains all our options.
