Bri has been fantastic managing my investment property. She is professional, responsive, and keeps everything running smoothly, giving me real confidence that my property is in great hands. I really appreciate her proactive communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t speak highly enough of Bri and all she did for me in preparation of getting my house ready for rent and the quick turnaround in finding a suitable tenant. From the initial consultation, l knew Bri was the agent l wanted looking after my house. Extremely thorough in explaining every step of the process, through to answering every question and email l had in a very quick manner. But most importantly for me, she listened to my needs and accommodated them with total care and understanding. And being a local agent, l feel comfortable knowing that my house is managed by an agency a few minutes away from home, not by an agency in a different post code. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Peter made my experience by far the best experience I’ve had dealing with any real estate agent previously. Great communication and smooth process. Definitely recommend to everyone 10/10

Peter was incredibly personable, down to earth, and accommodating throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent. He was responsive, clear, and always kept us informed. It was clear from the way he handled everything that he has many years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of the market and leasing process. What really made him stand out was his willingness to go above and beyond to help us secure the lease and ensure we fully understood each step of the process. He has a very rare quality of being able to provide such a high level of professionalism and service while still being genuinely friendly, approachable, and accommodating. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward.

As the owner of 128 Eminence Boulevard, Doreen, I would like to personally thank Peter Mac from Millership & Co Real Estate for the outstanding service and support he has provided in managing my investment property. Peter has been professional, approachable and extremely proactive from the beginning. His communication has been excellent, and I have always felt kept informed about what is happening with my property. What I appreciate most is that Peter genuinely takes ownership of everything. He follows matters through, provides clear advice and recommendations, and makes sure things are dealt with promptly rather than allowing issues to drag on. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my property is being looked after by someone who treats it with the same level of care and attention as if it were his own. Peter's knowledge of property management and the local rental market is evident, and his friendly and down-to-earth approach makes him very easy to deal with.
