As my rental property is a bit unique in that I live 30m from the property, my situation was a bit different to most landlords. Bri was excellent with her communication and really listened to my needs/wants/concerns in terms of a new tenant/neighbor . Terrific photos and written ad really capturing the essence of the property and telling a story about the property. Overall a very enjoyable experience compared to other property managers I have dealt with.
