Great Property Managers
We've had quite a few Property Managers over the years, but Chwyla are by far the best yet. Very professional and great communication. Extremely good with inspections and organising trades to maintain the property. They managed to get new tenants within a week of our property being advertised for lease. Couldn't be happier so far.

Professional, efficient and Friendly
We are very happy with the assistance we received from Chywla, and Bri in particular. Through the advertisement and renting process a great deal of professionalism and efficiency was demonstrated, and we felt well informed and taken care of. The property was on the market for only 4 days before being rented out. Couldn’t be happier.

Amazing Service As Always
Bri has done an amazing job on our file, extremely proactive in all aspects in securing our tenants for our property within a week. Nothing has been an issue; Bri is kind and easy to deal with and informative. Bri has met beyond our expectations, met the deadlines, always supercharged in taking actions and superfast in responding to any queries we had during the whole tenancy process. Bri has managed our property with ease. Bri had all the patience, very kind and flexible whenever we approached her. We would rate Bri as the number one Managing Agent. Bri has always taken full ownership of the property treating it as her own, end of the day Bri will get the job done. Chwyla, in particular Bri and Louisa from Property Management, have been exceptional to work with. They consistently display responsiveness, knowledgeability, excellent communication skills, and utmost professionalism. Their follow-through is outstanding, and they have made our experience seamless and enjoyable. Both Bri and Louisa are incredibly easy to work with, always quick to respond, and willing to assist. Excellent experience
The service they provide is exceptional! I am a first time landlord, and navigating through everything relating to property management can be intimidating, but with Bri and Laurisa’s guidance and management of the property, I have had a wonderful experience so far. Bri is amazing
We are very lucky to have Bri look after our property. She is a local to the area and very thorough. She’s a perfectionist so there’s hardly anything that she doesn’t think of. All team members are great though.
