My wife and I met Paul at a recent house viewing. After having a conversation, we found that Paul had a very good understanding of the area and the properties in it. We spoke on a Saturday morning about a house that we were interested in. On the following Monday, Paul asked if we were planning to put in an offer, and after some negotiations, he rang on Tuesday night to tell us that our bid was successful. It didn't end there. Paul was on the phone regularly to guide us through a smooth transition. We cannot fault Paul in anyway, in how he managed our purchase.
