I have known Paul since 2017 when he sold my first house. I was so surprise how well he performed that I built 3 further homes in Doreen and he also sold all of those homes as well. I placed high expectation on the homes I gave him to sell because I built the best houses and I wanted the best price and in the best time. Paul and I planned this sale for the last 12 months . Telling him he needed to work his magic and he did just that. The house sold at the top price I wanted within 2 days and went unconditional 1 day later. How fast is that? Such a mega star.
