Paul was our third agent we spoke to in the process of selling our home. From the onset we found Paul to be extremely Knowledgeable within the surrounding suburbs and has archived fantastic results for both the vendor and purchaser. The reason I decided to appoint Paul was he did not try to get the listing only based on the price what we wanted; in fact he was lower than what we wanted !!!!! but in saying that he was the only agent that tried to close the deal on the spot, the other agents just did what we wanted and agreed to our price. So, in short if you are wanting to sell or purchase, I believe Paul to be the man. I will recommend not only Paul but Stacy and the whole team. Great job guys!
