My wife and I have been trying to find a suitable home in Doreen for the past five years and luckily we finally found our ideal home, it was being handled by Paul Chwyla, we saw the ad. and drove to Doreen for an inspection and once in the house we new we had finally kicked a goal. We spoke to Paul and made an offer, then discovered that times have changed re making the offer, things are more complicated now which was a worry, however we explained our situation to Paul and he had the whole thing sorted for us in no time flat, he could not have been more helpful and today we paid our deposit on our lovely new home. Paul and Stacey were extremely professional throughout the whole process but very sensitive to the fact that the house was being sold due to separation. They were extremely timely knowing that I did not want the process dragged out and gave great advice in regard to what needed to be done to sell the home as soon as possible.
