We couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Paul Chwyla, Stacy Richards and the whole Chwyla team! They came to our initial appraisal very prepared, even answering questions before we even knew we had them. Paul's knowledge of the local area and the real estate market in general is incredibly insightful and something we really valued as vendors. We actually listed the property on the spot! Paul had all of their marketing packages and recommendations based on our home which was very helpful. We had photos taken and a video walkthrough up on social media less than 24 hours later. Two days later we had our first open for inspection with a huge turnout and received offers the following day, when we actually sold! Our house was only on the market for five days before selling well above the top end of the range. Throughout all of this the communication from Paul, Natalie and Stacy was fantastic. We could not fault our experience with Chwyla and would not hesitate in listing future properties with them. Highly recommend!
