When I was looking for an agent I was impressed by the number of people Chwyla brought into their opens. I also thought that their marketing strategy was considered and the most effective approach for my property compared with the other agents that I talked to. Special mention to the office administrator Natalie who amended the online information on the online property listing in the late evening immediately after I had sent a late evening email with additional information and amendments. I wasn't expecting it to be attended to until the following day but Natalie got it sorted and seemed genuinely happy to do it after hours. Troy was also great to work with and handled most of the communications with me and showed the buyers around. Paul has built an exceptional team, knows the market and gets results.
